The history of ORLEN Paliwa has
been so far built on the experience of several business entities functioning
efficiently for several dozen years, characterised by high professionalism in
customer service and striving to implement the most effective business
solutions.
ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o. o. -
multifuels
On 31 October 2015, through the merger of ORLEN
Paliwa Sp. z o. o. and ORLEN Gaz Sp. z o. o. the country's largest multifuels sales organisation was
established , offering wholesale customers a full range of fuel products, i.e.
petrol, diesel, heating diesel, propane, butane and propane-butane mixture
(LPG). The merger of the companies was the final part of a multi-stage process
of changes implemented in recent years as part of the optimisation of the
wholesale fuel sales channel in the ORLEN Capital Group.
ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o. o. — a
multi-utility company
On 1 July 2015
two companies within the ORLEN Capital Group — ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o.o. with its
registered office in Płock and ORLEN PetroTank Sp. z o.o. with its registered
office in Widełka — were consolidated. The purpose of the merger was to
establish an entity with a broad spectrum of operations, enabling the provision
of comprehensive services throughout the country.
ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o. o.
As of 27 November 2012
the previous company ORLEN PetroCentrum has started to operate under the
business name of ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o.o. Changes taking place in the fuel
industry were the driver for that change. They require strengthening the
company's identification with its business profile and the Capital Group within
which it operated.

ORLEN Morena Sp. z o. o.
ORLEN
Morena in Gdańsk was established in
July 2001 by PKN ORLEN SA in Płock and FOX-OIL Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk. The
company was established to operate as a Regional Market Operator for PKN ORLEN
S.A. in the area of wholesale of fuels in the region of Northern Poland.
In July 2004 PKN ORLEN S.A.
bought out all shares from FOX-OIL Sp. z o.o. and became the sole shareholder
of the company.
ORLEN PetroZachód Sp. z o. o.
In 1998,
Petrochemia Płock S.A. and BGW Sp. z o.o. from Poznań established ORLEN
PetroZachód. The shares from the shareholders contributed to intensive
development of the company, making ORLEN PetroZachód an ideal counterbalance
for western fuel concerns and a strong logistics centre in the western part of
the country.
In March 2006, PKN ORLEN S.A.
became the sole 100% shareholder — an owner of ORLEN PetroZachód.
ORLEN PetroCentrum Sp. z o. o.
PetroCentrum,
based in Płock, commenced its operations in September 1996 as a Group company of PKN ORLEN
S.A. Thanks to stable operating principles, appropriate marketing and personnel
policy, the company has achieved a stable position in the local market.

November 2000, the company changed its name to ORLEN PetroCentrum Sp. z o.o.

In September 1995,
Petrochemia Płock SA and Profit formed PetroProfit Sp. z o.o., which in
February 2001 changed its name to ORLEN PetroProfit Sp. z o.o. The company's
strategy was primarily focused on the development of its own network of petrol
stations — at the beginning of its operations, the company had one petrol
station in Niemce near Lublin and over the several years it increased its
network to 22 facilities located mainly in the lubelskie province.
In May 2004, Polski Koncern
Naftowy ORLEN S.A. took over 100% of shares in the company.
